1.1 — Nature of the Agreement

2.3 — Accuracy of Information

tp555 may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents as part of the verification process. If a member fails to provide documents within the specified time, temporary restrictions may be placed on the account.

3.1 — Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds into a tp555 account. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The account used for deposit must be registered in the member's own name — depositing via another person's mobile wallet is not permitted.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The same payment methods must be used to withdraw funds from an account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

To make a withdrawal, account verification must be complete and the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met. Withdrawal requests for amounts greater than the deposit will not be processed without additional verification.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• tp555 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request and request additional documents.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200 — before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

4.2 — General Terms for Other Bonuses

All bonus offers at tp555 — weekly reload rewards, weekend slot bonuses, cricket festival deposit offers, birthday gifts, and refer-a-friend bonuses — are subject to the following general terms:

• The ongoing wagering requirement must be met before moving from one bonus offer to another.
• Hedging bets in the opposite direction or strategically placing losing bets to meet bonus requirements is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Each bonus has its own expiry date; if the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Minimum deposit is ৳300 — no bonus will apply to deposits below this amount.

4.3 — VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Cashback rates vary across four tiers from Bronze to Platinum. Example: A Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5.1 — Game Service Limitations

tp555 offers slots, live casino, Texas Hold'em, Teen Patti, cricket and sports betting, and fishing games. tp555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory reasons.

5.2 — Game Results and Disputes

The data stored on tp555's servers will be considered final in determining the results of games and bets. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, tp555 reserves the right to correct it, even if a withdrawal has already been made.

• Any unusual winnings resulting from a software bug or server error will be considered void.

5.3 — Special Conditions for Sports Betting

6.1 — List of Prohibited Conduct
